As an established and specialised lender, Hawk has invested over £300 million in debt and equity opportunities in Jersey and the UK. Predominantly funded by the family wealth of Robert W. Morton, Hawk leverages the £400 million net asset value of the family office to participate in each deal. This unique funding structure enables Hawk to offer robust property-backed investment opportunities with attractive returns. By financing a minimum of 10% of every deal, Hawk provides the opportunity to lend alongside true experts who share aligned family values.

Hawk operates under the regulatory framework of the Proceeds of Crime (Supervisory Bodies) (Jersey) Law 2008 for Schedule 2 Business, in accordance with Article 14 of the Law. The company is supervised by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), ensuring compliance and maintaining industry standards. The senior team at Hawk boasts a collective experience of over 160 years in business, wealth management, and real estate finance. Our model is reinforced by proven underwriting processes and a dedicated in-house team with specialised skills. To further reduce the loan-to-value (LTV) or loan-to-gross development value (LTGDV) risk, co-investor funds take priority over Hawk funds, and all funds have priority over borrower equity.
